13-Day Tour of Central Europe Packed with Unforgettable Experiences. Explore the heart of Europe on a thrilling journey through picturesque villages and vibrant cities. Visit Prague’s Old Town Square, enjoy a boat ride on the Vltava River, and stroll through the charming streets of Rothenburg. Cruise the scenic Rhine River, marvel at the windmills of Zaanse Schans, and experience the charm of Volendam and Marken. Discover Bruges' canals, ascend the Eiffel Tower in Paris, and take a cable car to Montmartre. In Switzerland, visit Geneva, enjoy a scenic Lake Zurich cruise, and explore the medieval village of Rapperswil. Experience the breathtaking landscapes of Grindelwald with a mountain cable car ride, a walk along a suspended bridge, and a visit to Lucerne.
Upon landing at the airport, we will take you to your hotel. Please check the information boards at the hotel reception for details regarding the welcome meeting with your guide. In the evening, we will transport you to Old Town Square, a vibrant area teeming with tourist activity. You can savor dinner at one of the many restaurants offering a range of international cuisines, including Czech, Chinese, Indian, and Italian. Afterward, you will be transferred back to the hotel.
Today, we will explore Prague, the Baroque gem of Europe. A local tour guide will conduct an enlightening panoramic tour, showcasing the city’s most remarkable landmarks. As part of the tour, we will visit Prague Castle (admission included). Following this, you can enjoy a boat cruise on the Vltava River (included). In the afternoon, you’ll have the opportunity to wander the city at your leisure.
We'll set off early from Prague and make a stop in Pilsen, located in western Bohemia, a city famous for its beer. You’ll have the opportunity to wander through its historic center, where you can explore the Old Town Square, the cathedral, the Plague Column, and a Renaissance-style town hall. Next, we’ll cross into Germany and travel along part of the Romantic Road. Our first destination will be Rothenburg, a picturesque town that looks like it's straight out of a fairy tale and is regarded as one of the most beautiful villages in the country. Following our visit, we’ll proceed to Frankfurt, the financial hub of Germany. Upon our arrival in the evening, you’ll have free time to explore the historic city center, where a diverse selection of restaurants featuring Indian, Asian, Italian, and international cuisines awaits you.
Today, we’ll embark on a picturesque cruise along the Rhine, passing between the charming villages of Rüdesheim and St. Goar, one of the most scenic parts of the river. Afterward, we’ll journey to Cologne, famous for its grand Gothic cathedral. Later, we’ll make our way to the Netherlands, reaching Amsterdam by evening.
Today, we'll explore some of Holland’s most charming locations. We’ll begin with Zaanse Schans, famous for its windmills, waterways, and traditional homes. Then, we’ll visit the quaint fishing village of Volendam. A brief boat ride will take us to Marken, an island linked to the mainland by a dike, where houses stand on stilts. Later, we’ll return to Amsterdam for a scenic city tour, showcasing its iconic canals, historic buildings, and green spaces. We’ll also visit a diamond workshop. Dinner will be at Rembrandtplein , a lively area with diverse international dining options, close to the famed Red Light District.
We’ll make our way to Bruges, a delightful medieval town known as the 'Venice of the North' for its picturesque canals. The city radiates charm with its cobblestone lanes, historic architecture, and enchanting bridges. You can climb the Belfry Tower for breathtaking views, indulge in some famous Belgian chocolate, or savor a local craft beer. We’ll then continue on to Paris, reaching the city by evening.
We'll dive into the rich heritage of France at the spectacular Palace of Versailles (admission not included), famed for its beautiful gardens. After returning to Paris, we’ll head to Montmartre, where a cable car (included) will transport us to this enchanting bohemian district, known for its artists, painters, and cabarets. To fully take in the grandeur of Paris, we’ll embark on a panoramic city tour with a local guide, highlighting the city’s iconic avenues and landmarks. Later, we’ll return to the hotel. For those interested, an optional evening variety show is available.
We'll kick off our day in central Paris with a visit to the legendary Eiffel Tower. You’ll have the opportunity to ascend to the second floor of this renowned iron monument (tickets included). Following this, we'll take a leisurely boat cruise along the Seine, lasting around one hour and fifteen minutes. The afternoon will be yours to explore the city at your leisure. Please note: If the wait times at the Eiffel Tower are excessive, we may adjust the timing of the visit to another time (or Sunday) for your convenience.
Today, we’ll embark on a journey to the heart of France, traversing the Bourgogne region, famous for its scenic vineyards and exceptional wines. Our first stop will be Beaune, a delightful town in the heart of Burgundy, celebrated for its flower-adorned streets, hospice, and wine museum. After enjoying some free time for lunch and a stroll, we’ll proceed to Lyon, the former capital of Roman Gaul, situated along the banks of the Rhône River. The historic center of Lyon is a UNESCO World Heritage site. We’ll ascend via cable car to Notre-Dame de Fourvière, where we can take in breathtaking views of the city. You’ll have free time to explore at your own pace. Note: Occasionally, a portion of the group may stay in Chambéry, a nearby city to Lyon. In such cases, we’ll travel to Chambéry in the evening for an overnight stay. The following morning, you’ll have the opportunity to visit this medieval-style city, the capital of Savoy, known for its lovely historic center and impressive castle.
Today, we’ll journey to Switzerland. Upon reaching Geneva, we’ll tour the Palace of Nations (the European headquarters of the United Nations) and wander through the lovely English Garden, featuring its floral clock, and marvel at the Jet d’Eau, the tallest fountain in Europe. After lunch, we’ll proceed with our journey through Switzerland, following the picturesque routes along Lake Geneva and Lake Neuchâtel. We’ll traverse the Three Lakes region, taking in views of stunning vineyards set against the mountainous scenery. We’ll make a stop in Neuchâtel, where you can take a leisurely stroll by the lake, discover the historic town center, or visit the beautiful castle dating back to the 10th century. Our trip will conclude in Zurich, where we expect to arrive in the late afternoon. Note: Depending on the number of travelers from Geneva to Zurich, this segment of the trip may be conducted by train, in which case there won’t be a stop in Neuchâtel.
Accompanied by our guide, we’ll discover Zurich, the largest city in Switzerland and its financial and cultural hub. Renowned for its banking sector, Zurich has been recognized twice as the city with the highest quality of life globally. Following this, we’ll enjoy a scenic nearly two-hour cruise on Lake Zurich, with short stops to admire the charming villages along the way. We’ll disembark in Rapperswil, a picturesque town famous for its medieval castle. Our return to Zurich will be by train, offering a chance to experience the Swiss railway system’s efficiency and punctuality. Note: Depending on the number of participants, transfers to and from the city center may utilize public transport.
Today’s excursion showcases breathtaking landscapes filled with towering mountains and crystal-clear lakes. We’ll take in the stunning scenery of the Interlaken region. Our initial stop will be Grindelwald, where we’ll pause for coffee before ascending the mountain via cable car. Upon reaching the top, we’ll stroll along a winding path that leads to a suspended bridge. For the adventurous, crossing the bridge provides magnificent views of the surrounding glaciers. We’ll enjoy lunch on the mountain (included) before descending. Our next stop is Lucerne, one of Switzerland's most picturesque cities, where you'll have time to explore and appreciate the enchanting cityscape. Afterwards, we’ll return to Zurich.
Following breakfast, our trip will conclude, leaving you with cherished memories that will last a lifetime.
